Wolverhampton Primary put in another fine performance and took a deserved half time lead through a stunning free kick from Jack Stanley.Telford came into this Staffordshire game after the break, however, and secured a 1-1 draw with an equaliser 10 minutes from the end.The U13's travelled to Hereford ford and came away with a 3-0 victory in the Area Competition QF.All other games were postponed.
Wolverhampton Primary once again fell just short of that elusive first win in their Burton Shield fixture against Stoke. They took a deserved lead through Jack Stanley after only 12 minutes and should have gone 2-0 up when they hit the bar and saw the ball land on the line but fail to trickle into the net.Unfortunately Stoke broke immediately and levelled the match and that is how the game finished although chances continued to be made at both ends.Stoke probably shaded the play but found the Wolverhampton defence rock solid with captain Bryn Wenlock and goal keeper Harry Morris in outstanding form. The U15's also beat the weather and came away from Birmingham with a 4-1 victory over Erdington & Saltley in the West Mids league.

Wolverhampton Primary once again found Gloucester far too strong but they battled away and even took the
lead after 15 minutes when Matthew Haycock drove home Jack Stanley's flick to complete an excellent move. The visitors found themselves 4-1 up by half time, however,as a result of their clinical finishing. They
scored five more times after the interval to complete a 9-1 rout but the score was scant reward for a
Wolverhampton side who played well but couldn't convert the chances that came their way.
