The U15's were taken to a replay in their 4th rd Trophy game against East Riding.The morning had
started well with Josh Pitt giving them a half time lead but the visitors exerted tremendous pressure
after the break and took a 2-1 lead with 10 minutes left.Greg Stanford was sent off for a foul on the
keeper but amazingly the ten men fought back and Sam Coles equalised with the last kick of the match.
The U11 A team were beaten 4-0 by Brierley Hill and Dudley in the West Mids but the B team won 3-1
with goals from Ashman (2) and Rees-Crumpton.The U14's were surprisingly eliminated from the Wolves
Trophy with Stafford winning 2-1 despite a goal from Luke Hayward but the U12's opened their Staffs
campaign with a 2-0 victory over Cannock. First half goals from Keiran Whiitaker and Jacob Bull proving
decisive.

The U15's Trophy dreams ended with a 4th rd replay defeat at East Riding.Wolverhampton actually
led 3-2 with goals from Pitt,Birch and Stanford but a late collapse showed their defensive
deficiencies once again.The 3-5 scoreline was scant reward for such a splendid effort,however,
and the lads are to be congratulated for getting to the last 32 of a National competition. The U11's
lost all 4 games to Flintshire in atrocious conditions but they battled gamely against superior
opponents.

The U13's were the only team in action and they kept up their recent fine run of form with a
comprehensive 6-1 demolition of Halesowen & Stourbridge.They are now favourites to clinch a
semi final spot as this was their third West Midlands victory of the season.Dominic Dell scored
twice and Dunkley,Doran,Dunstan and Edmondson-Griffiths were also on target in an entertaining
game.
